Looks like Fred got himself into a new trouble (trouble=adventure)!
To clarify from the spot: this is the same Fred as in TC, not alternative version of him. But we leave TC mysteries (and most of all W00t) for another time (such as TC SE). There's no place for supercomputers in a world that works on steam. And you'll have some new things to ponder on anyway. Such as: Fred, how the hell did you get there?..
I didn't want to draw random people when I could do cameos. So:
--
Don't you remember being a little kids when your teeths would fall out and grow back and you put the old one under the pillows so da ancient norse god Orthar the tooth collector give you a pickel nickel?
I love how the light, clean, lines and soft shading on the figures really helps to form a lovely contrast to the painty, speckledy, backgrounds, too! The cobblestones and the inside of that bar are painted just beautifully!
(And waaaaugh! Niko and Hunter and even Miss Crowley pop up! You are too sweet, miss! >w<

"They believe that The [President] is a good man. They believe in God. They believe in justice. They believe in 'Knight Rider'.
These people are the Enemy.
Upgrade your sexual organs today, so that we may leave them behind."
... Have I ever told you how much I love the way you draw expressions? Because I do. X3

A strong leader is expected to maintain steadfast resolve in his opinion even if the environment changes or he gets new information. In any other context, that would be considered the first sign of a brain tumor. -Scott Adams -- Visit *OI-Crew!
Ohhh! god, your shading works really well for clockwork city. All that orange really makes it feel turn of the century-ish. For some reason the way you textured those last couple panels stands out as really awesome to me, too. XD
This orange is the reason I had to do color again! I was like "akljsdgjghjghgjk ORANGE SKIES OMG I must color it" X) It was a bit hard getting used to Victorian backgrounds after rough Silvermine locations too.
